Happy Birthday, Multipotentialites!

My dearest multipotentialites,

Can you believe it’s been 10 years?! That’s a lot in internet years!

It’s perhaps ironic (since multipods aren’t typically known for the longevity of our projects) but our community for multipotentialites is still going strong after all this time. We’ve grown and evolved and we’re continuing to up our game and make this space for multipotentialites even more helpful and inclusive!

Puttylike started as a wee little idea in my head, back in 2010. It was born out of my own anxiety about having multiple passions. I wanted to know if there were other people “like this” out there. I wanted to find them, learn from them, and share what I was learning. Most of all, I wanted to flip this thing I’d always been told was bad on its head and show that multipotentiality is a strength.

Ten years later, Puttylike is so much more than “Emilie’s personal blog,” ha! We’re a community of thousands of multipotentialites from around the world, and I’m so proud and inspired by how many of us are embracing our multipod nature and really being who we are (and rocking it, too)!
