Emilie here. I’ve got some exciting news for you today. We’re rolling out a new project in the Puttytribe and I made a short video to explain the idea and also tell you a bit about our amazing community of multipotentialites:
What you need to know
We’re accepting new members to the Puttytribe next week.
The Puttytribe is a safe space for multipotentialites of all ages and levels. It’s where we help each other with our many projects, brainstorm, get more done, and learn from one another.
We’re a warm community where everyone understands your desire to have a dozen projects on your plate or jump from passion to passion. There are huddles (group brainstorms), workshops, lively forums and interest-based groups, mixers, co-working, and so much more.
And yes, there are multipotentialites in the Tribe from over 60 countries, 22 time zones, and every continent except Antarctica. (We’re working on that one.)
Announcing puttycomps!
We’re rolling out a new project/experiment in the Puttytribe this month. It’s called Puttycomps (as in “putty” + “compilations”), and it will be collections of creative work that we make together as a tribe.
The first Puttycomp will be a book of comics with the following theme: “you know you’re a multipotentialite when…”. Anyone who wants to participate can create a short comic to be part of the compilation. Beginners are very much encouraged to join and any visual medium is cool by us.
At the end of the month, we’ll put together a PDF of all the comics and send it to everyone in the Puttytribe. We will also do a print-on-demand service for anyone who would like a physical copy of the book.
If this first Puttycomp goes well, it might become a regular thing. I could see us making a mixtape, a book of poetry, a collection of short stories… Who knows what else!
